The museum is open April through October on Thursdays from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Group tours are available year-round by appointment only.

Location
We are located at 150 Spring Street, Newton, New Jersey 07860. Google Maps has a nice map of our block. Parking is available along Spring Street, as well as in the Adams Street Parking Plaza which is located directly behind our building. Please see the Town of Newton's parking page for parking details.
Driving Directions
From New York City/Northern New Jersey
Take Interstate 80 west to Exit 25 (Route 206 North). Follow Route 206 for approximately 12 miles into the Town of Newton. As you come into the town square (you will see a large civil war monument and a beautiful old Court House to your left), make a right onto Spring Street. The Newton Fire Museum is less than a block down on your right hand side. For easy parking, make your first right past the museum onto Adams Street and park in the Adams Street Parking Plaza.
From the West/Pennyslvania
Take Interstate 80 east to Exit 4C (Route 94 North). Follow Route 94 for approximately 22 miles into the Town of Newton. As you come into the town square (you will see a large civil war monument and a beautiful old Court House to your left), make a left onto Main Street (also known as Route 206), then a quick right onto Spring Street. The Newton Fire Museum is less than a block down on your right hand side. For easy parking, make your first right past the museum onto Adams Street and park in the Adams Street Parking Plaza.
From the South/Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey
Take the Garden State Parkway or New Jersey Turnpike to Interstate 287 North. Take Exit 41B for Interstate 80 west toward the Delaware Water Gap. Take Interstate 80 west to Exit 25 (Route 206 North). Follow Route 206 for approximately 12 miles into the Town of Newton.
